Shipping and Return Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placing your order for items we stock in our procurement and shipping center, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your product is not available, your shipment will be shipped as soon as we can fulfill the order for the item. Sometimes we may ship a partial order if stock is absent for some items. You will not be charged extra shipping even if it results in a higher cost. There may be times where we drop ship directly from our supplier if it is faster or cheaper for the customer to do so. Shipments directly from our warehouse are sent by USPS first class mail with tracking. Orders over $200.00 will be shipped via priority mail with signature required upon delivery. Other arrangements may be made by calling our customer service department at (772) 228-4367 before the product has shipped.

International shipments are accepted. However, as the customer you are responsible for knowing and following the laws and regulations regarding shipment of hemp oils to your country. Westvine Partners D/B/A Natures Health and Body is not liable in the event your order is undeliverable due to local laws, inadequate customs documentation, failure to pay customs duties or other considerations involved in shipping to destinations outside of the United States.

At this time, due to Canadian laws, shipping to Canada is not available (you should talk to them about this and see if you can change their minds).

When placing orders on line, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Undeliverable or returned packages will be reshipped once the corrected delivery information has been provided at your cost (even if it was shipped free the first time obviously).

Westvine Partners D/B/A Natures Health and Body provides tracking numbers for all packages shipped. If your package is lost, please refer to the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email to track the last known location of your package. If you are unable to determine the location of your package please contact our customer service department at (772) 228-4367 and we will be happy to assist you. If the package cannot be located your order will be reshipped. Our customer service department will work with you should this be necessary.

RETURN POLICY

Basically below is the legalize and fine print stuff. However, what we want you to know is that we want you to be happy and if you don't abuse our kindness and flexibility in returning products then all is good and we understand that sometimes stuff just isn't what you thought when you saw it online. Call us, tell us what you like or do not like and then we can also use the feedback with our partners. We will work with you!

Please note that perishable food products and cannot be resold if they are returned. Only items that items that are not food products (Balms, Creams, Salves, Tinctures, Liposomes or other NON-FOOD items) may be covered under our return policy. All in all, we want you to be happy so we are more than willing to listen and work with our customers and all that we ask is that you be reasonable as well.  If you have questions about any product or unsure how to use it, what it tastes like, how big a bottle is or isn’t, what size to get, whatever then by all means ask! We want to help you and by doing so you help us.  All that being said, below is the policy in legal terms.

All Natures Health and Body Products:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which can be obtained by calling our customer service department at (772) 228-4367. After obtaining this number, simply return the product(s) with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box within 30 days of receipt of the product to receive a purchase price refund and even your shipping and processing fees* (your invoice total).

Opened products are non-refundable after 30 days from receipt.

Unopened products returned within 45 days of receipt and that are 4 ounces or less in size require a RMA number*.

Products that are larger than 4 fluid ounces are non-refundable unless accompanied with an RMA.

Items damaged in shipping will be replaced at no additional charge to the customer (this includes shipping at no charge).

* No opened items larger than 4 fluid ounce will be accepted for return unless they are defective and are accompanied with a Natures Health and Body customer service issued RMA number.

* No items will be accepted for return after 45 days of receipt of products.
